The LANA community is special…
Our members are creative, passionate, wise, connected, joyful and curious. We are committed to music and to the sharing of our musical experience, and we love coming together to play the lyre. The lyre community lifts each of us up.
This year, LANA is hosting an auction to raise funds for the Financial Aid Fund, to help our members come together at the World Lyre Conference in the Czech Republic. Check out the auction website HERE. We have many exciting items and we look forward to starting the bidding process on March 5th.
Donate your time and talent…
We are extending the deadline for auction donations until Sunday, Feb 28th, because something is missing: YOU!
Did you know that you can donate your time and talent to our auction? Perhaps you don’t have an antique hand mirror or a silk shawl to donate, but you definitely have a talent to share! And we would love to know what it is!
Are you an artist who loves to paint pet portraits? Do you have a passion for designing cottage gardens? Can you teach a vegetarian cooking lesson over Zoom? Any service you can offer remotely would make a hot auction item. See our auction website for examples of how LANA members have creatively offered their unique skills. The options are endless!
Let’s get to know each other better! By sharing your talent in the LANA auction, we all learn more about the mysterious and amazing beings that we see over the top of our music stands. Your gifts will help make it possible for us to be together this summer. But - even more important - they will help our community flourish and grow during a time when we truly need each other.
