Hosting a local group for Lyre Day, July 20th

Dear LANA members and friends,

The LANA Board would like to extend our thanks to those of you who stepped forward to offer to host other lyrists for our International Lyre Day on July 20th.  We have compiled the information from the surveys we have received and plan to send it out in a link that will contain the list of names and general locations of those who have stepped forward.

Because we are hopeful that a few more of you will decide to become hosts for this event, we have made the decision to extend the deadline for hosting offers until Friday, July 10th.  We will put together an updated list with accompanying details and send it to all members and friends by Sunday, July 12, which will still allow one week for people to be able to make their arrangements.

The LANA Board is providing this service in order to facilitate contact among lyrists in various parts of the world so that as many people as possible will be able to gather with others to play lyre together for our International Lyre Day on July 20th.

In the meantime, a detailed mailing with various instructions, music, and readings to consider during your time together will be made available to everyone in the next few days.

Please consider if you could still join our list of those who are willing to host other lyrists in their local area for this special event! Just click on this link to fill out and return OUR SURVEY.

With warm regards,
The LANA Board
